Shinta Harsana

Hi, I'm Shinta (she/her).

I'm a human, born and raised in Germany. I have Indonesian roots and have previously lived and worked in the UK and the Philippines.

I work as an Executive Recruiter in a global Tech company and have been working with Founders, CEOs and Senior Executives of fast growing Start-ups and Scale-ups in Europe and the US for the last 10+ years, supporting them in identifying, attracting and hiring transformative leaders across all functions.

In February 2024, I completed the CO-ACTIVE® Coaching Fundamentals training and started my journey of developing my coaching skills.

Since then, I am offering free life coaching session to practice my skills.
