Shirleen Von Hoffmann is President & Sales Coach of HBA-Home Builder’s AdvantEdge. HBA is an innovative sales coaching company that teaches New Home Agents common sense, sales techniques that elevate them to a fresh place of success. In her 28 year real estate sales career as a Sales Person, Shirleen has only focused in the New Homes industry and was always a Top Producer earning awards year after year always in the top 3 of any company she has worked for. Shirleen is an accomplished Sales Coach and Speaker but better known as the Queen of Sales. She considers herself a Top Producing Sales Person first and foremost. She understands the business, has experienced all markets from top to bottom, and knows a Sales Person’s role and challenges. She is tenacious, to the point and speaks in a sales language that sales people understand! Shirleen is a licensed California Broker of 28 years, the author of three books and also writes sales articles for NAHB’s Sales and Marketing Idea’s Magazine, NAHB-NCMC’s National Sales and Marketing Channel, North State BIA Magazine, Builder Radio, Builder Magazine and many other builder industry trade magazines. In her spare time Shirleen is a Cancer Coach. Her proceeds from her book, "The Journey Home" support her non profit foundation called Calling All Angels - The Charlene Von Hoffmann Cancer Foundation. The foundation feeds and supports cancer patients who are all alone. She will tell you, this is her most important work and it's work she does for free. Shirleen is located in Northern California and Mazatlan Mexico depending on the time of year.
