Shirley has been serving the city of Passaic for the past 25 years. Her journey as a community advocate began at the Hispanic Information Center in 1988. After ten years, she joined the Lincoln Middle School family where she taught language arts for 15 years. This year she began a new endeavor as technology coordinator for Passaic High School, Passaic, NJ .
