3 hours includes understanding of the birth process, what enables/hinders it, birth options, birth plan all to help you prepare for a positive birth.

* Personalised one to one Hypnobirth Course in your own home *
The 12 hr course includes relaxation, breathing, visualisations and massage techniques. You will learn to understand the birth process and hormones, be informed about your birth rights so that you can make informed decisions that are best for you and baby.
Includes Katharine Graves Book, Colour & Calmness CD, course folder and handouts, techniques above and ongoing support.
Private one to one in your home or mine £400.00 / Yurt group courses £310.00 / Small group classes in your home with friends £300 per couple and host receives a 20% discount.

Birth to me is an amazing moment in a women's life, every woman deserves to be nurtured, respected and supported during this time. If every woman receives this kind of care no matter what path her birth takes she will have a positive and empowering experience. I want to support women to have the birth they choose, to feel their informed choices are supported. I want her to feel calm, happy, nurtured and confident.

* Birth Trauma Release *
This is a Birth Rewind Technique that enables you to release upsetting feelings associated to your birth experience. Relieving you of these issues allowing you to move forward and enjoy your life.
First session 2hrs £60 / Follow up sessions £30 (usually 2-3 sessions in total)

* Reiki *
£30 for 45 minutes of deep relaxation with or without Sound Bath

* Closing the Bones *
Postnatal ritual/ceremony involves massage and being wrapped. Relaxing, powerful and healing
