"In QUERENCIA, be the CATALYST who SERVES."

I am an Air Quality and Energy Consultant, a Behavior Designer, Tiny Habits® Certified Coach, and Improvisor.

As a Consultant, I serve the environmental and energy sector on air quality, energy projects, behavior design, and environmental communications endeavors - think power plants, distributed energy resources, air quality permitting, health & safety, compliance practices for better air quality, and environmental regulatory market research.

As a Behavior Designer (aka Anthrocubeologist), I am a consultant and coach who serves individuals towards creating human-to-human shared experiences - think interactions, environment, choices, and tiny habits and practices for workspace cultural shifts.

Inspired by Improvisation, and with a servant leadership philosophy, I believe every person can choose to create meaningful interactions for their shared workspaces. Let's choose to co-create workspaces that don't suck.

For nearly 30 years, I have worked in the public and private sectors. Yes, I have a Chemical Engineering degree from UC Berkeley and rarely have I been asked to ChemE-ize anything. Meet me where I INTERCONNECT my endeavors -

* an air quality/energy consultant at Resource Catalysts;

* a Tiny Habits® Certified Coach with a specialty for "An Improv Mindset in the Workspace";

* leading An Improvised Life (dot) Me for Anthrocubeology and for Colorized Improv - sharing social, cultural and personal experiences toward equity;

* a performing improviser based in the SF Bay Area;

* a speaker on servant leadership, habit creation, workspace experiences; and

* a lover and wearer of Fluevog shoes.
