Shirley Yong

Shirley is an international, multi-lingual travel professional with over 14 years of experience in sales, events/meetings, restaurant, hospitality and the retail industry. She has lived in 3 continents, travelled to 120+ cities and worked in 5 countries since she was 18 years old.

She has been an active member in the local community. She currently serves as a Secretary on the Board of the Johnson & Wales University of Alumni DC Chapter, and she is also the Director of Government Relations on the Board of NVBTA, where she earned the designation of Corporate Travel Expert (CTE) in 2007 and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) from Industry Convention Coucil in 2012.

Socially, Shirley enjoys volunteering her time in the local church and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS).
