Olga Shishenkova

Hello everyone! My name is Olga, and I study Film, Animation, and Digital Arts at the University of Surrey.

I am a professional editor and have been working in the film industry for five years, editing series, short films, music videos, and more. I graduated from Moscow Film School in this specialty.

I most often use Premiere Pro, but I also work in After Effects and DaVinci Resolve. I have experience in animation, color grading, and sound design.

The most important aspect of my work is storytelling. Through editing, you can change a lot in a story and completely alter the audience's perception of the characters and the narrative as a whole.

Before becoming an editor, I worked as a videographer for three years, so I have experience in many areas. I wrote scripts, directed, shot, and edited my own projects.

I also have some experience in art direction; brainstorming is my favorite part of the job.

As for my personal qualities, I am communicative, empathetic, and full of enthusiasm.

My hobbies include dancing, reading, watching movies, and analyzing them.

In my career, I want to pursue directing and screenwriting while also developing my skills in VFX and CG.
