Shishir Prakash is an award-winning lawyer with 21 plus years of experience in Civil, Criminal & Constitutional Matters in the Hon’ble High Court, Allahabad, and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, includin white collared crimes and PMLA. He is regularly engaged by UPPTCL (State transmissio unit) as Special Counsel to represent them before various legal forums and authorities including APTEL and TDSAT as well, he's the standing counsel for last 7 years for UPRVUNL (Electricity Generation Co.). Hes also the legal Retainer and advisor to Axis Bank limited Mumbai from last more than 8 years. He has a large number of reported judgments in the leading law journals in the country.

Shishir started his practice under the guidance of his illustrious father, Senior Advocate and Former Addl. Advocate General (U.P), (Late) Mr. P.P. Srivastava, in the year 2004. Over the last more than 16 years, he has provided successful representation to a broad range of clients, including individuals, Fortune 1000 companies, and various senior IAS and IPS officers in various personal appearance matters in the High Court including criminal contempt, and been on the panel and also special counsel of various banks, corporations and development authorities across the country.
