Who I Am
Hello,
I’m Shikha.
Self-made. Sharp-minded. Emotionally aware.
Avid reader. Aspiring author. Words are both my weapons and my refuge.
⸻
What Drives Me
Mental health advocacy isn’t a trend for me — it’s purpose.
In my darkest season, when I felt abandoned and almost broken beyond repair, healing became personal. Awareness became mission.
I don’t just talk about healing — I build spaces for it. Through my work and through Mindwize, I’m committed to creating conversations that feel safe, honest, and transformative.
I believe self-mastery is the real flex:
control your responses,
raise your standards,
protect your peace.
Happiness begins there — not in controlling people or outcomes, but in mastering your boundaries, choices, and emotional intelligence.
⸻
How I Think
I use my voice — sometimes vociferously — to challenge conditioning and create spaces where vulnerability feels safe and strength feels soft.
I don’t do surface-level.
I build depth.
I choose impact.
⸻
What Keeps Me Grounded
Eva — my heart outside my body. 🐾
My grounding force. My reminder that loyalty and love still exist in their purest form.
Travel fuels me.
Sarcasm sustains me.
Coffee powers the rest.
I think in chess moves.
I decompress with puzzles and Legos.
I compete on the tennis court.
I travel to expand perspective.
⸻
The Way I Live
Living eudemonically.
Building intentionally.
Becoming relentlessly.
