Shiv Issar
PhD Candidate and Graduate Employee in Eugene, OR
Hello there! I'm a PhD candidate and Graduate Employee in the Department of Sociology at the University of Oregon, and an incoming Assistant Professor of Sociology at Nazareth University (Fall 2024). My research interests lie within the spheres of Science and Technology Studies (STS), New Media Studies, Game Studies, and Environmental Sociology. When I'm not working on an academic project, I'd probably be cooking, out cycling somewhere, or investing some time in an open-world video game/sci-fi movie.
