Hey there!

I am Shivani Jha , an engineer turned self taught Community Builder who has worked for more than 4.5 years in startups donning hats across domains and learned anything and everything that is needed to create amazing experiences for users.

As a proffesional I have worked with some early aged startups like 91springboard wherein I got an enriching experience to interact with more than 700+ startups and build an engaging community by organising 350+ events. I joined Paytm as a Startup Program manager to oversee incubation at Build for India Program and presently am working as a Category Manager at Paytm Ecommerce.

I strongly beleive that Indian startups do not need to look out to other countries for growth as there is tremendous amount of market depth in India . I have seen that Courage is possibly the most important quality of all. Courage not so much to win but to be ok , even if you don't win! And hence I have learnt one thing in my life that until you ask the answer is always NO but if you ask there is a probability of getting a Yes , hence one should be very specific to the asks they make.

Also, I have delivered 50+ talks on communtiy building at various institutes. When I am not working , I feel happy by spreading smiles by volunteering at RobinHood Academy over weekend and manage their social media page.
