As Senior Consultant of Foresight Analytics, Shivendra is responsible for broadening its highly successful, big-data and digital solutions practice across to non-financial sectors. With over 10 years of leadership experience coordinating technology projects across business and organisational boundaries, Shivendra brings a wealth of experience in building advanced technical capability in businesses and executing operational excellence strategies. He is a forward thinking holistic business technologist with a passion for helping growing businesses achieve their strategic goals.

Prior to joining Foresight Analytics, Shivendra was held various managerial roles with Siemens Water Technologies. He reinforced a business that is now a frontier in water filtering spearheading the development of capabilities to accelerate introduction of improvements in the business, robust processes to prevent product issues in the market and structured programs to lower cost base to keep the business sustainable in Australia. Under his guidance, the team now possess a vast library of knowledge now enabling them to better meet customer requirements. He is avid advocate of Lean and Six Sigma and a PRINCE2 practitioner.

Shivendra holds a Ph.D. specialising in analytical models for identifying product cost and performance improvement opportunities, a Masters in Advanced Manufacturing & Mechatronics and a Bachelors in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering. He has several technical publications in international peer reviewed journals and has delivered multiple papers in international conferences. In 2004, Shivendra co-founded the Robotics and Automation Group in Fiji Islands, pioneering the introduction of Robotics in the Fiji Islands.

Recently having held a leadership position in an international volunteer group, Shivendra initiated large scale events, coordinated young adults from over 70 countries and implemented global projects, managing 9 subcommittees. An avid environmentalist, Shivendra launched a “Serve the Planet” project whereby he continues to oversee a number of programs and guide documents be developed for the betterment of the planet, that are implemented worldwide.
