I have always been an optimistic person. I generally see the glass half full. I expect the best possible outcome from any given situation. I remember an incident from my college days. Few folks from Thumbs Up(a coca cola product) were delivering pamphlets outside my college for a slogan writing competion. Winners would be invited for a dinner with former Miss World Sushmita Sen, who was brand ambassador of Thumbs up. My friends though it to be a bad idea and waste of time. I urged them to write slogans. Next evening, I with two of my friends was having dinner with one of India's most famous actress and model. Whether in the middle of a tough cricket match or while working on a stringent delivery, I usually find the silver lining. I believe in taking intiatives. I also feel fully responsible to make sure what I have started is a success. I have organized many events during my school and college days. I organized many bashes in my corporate team. Without letting my routine work affected, I make sure that these activities are a success. I like creating web applictions, watching football and singing. I am a big time foodie. I feel very passionate about some things in life. I live my passion to the fullest. A firm believer in God, I sing Bhajans(a type of Indian devotional sonng) in a temple near my house on every Thursday morning. I thoroughly enjoy facing technical challenges and have succeeded in overcoming them because of my passion. I am very enthusiastic about a cricket club that I have started and I love to see it grow day by day. Lastly I see myself as a person who can be innovative.I was a member of PICH() community in my organization. The purpose of this community is to make sure that entire Property and casualty group is always in a learning mode. We used to circulate emails with information on key areas of domain but no one used to read them. I thought if we could add somme fun element, people would be more interested in learning. I created an online treasure hunt game. Questions were cryptic to make things interesting. Answers to the questions were domain related terms and their definnitions.
