For the past decade I have helped companies extract value from M&A: due diligence, carve-outs, post-merger integration, synergy realization, and the unglamorous work of making multiple companies operate as one. Most recently that meant leading the end-to-end integration of eight global businesses, building and scaling an entire India offshore operation from scratch, and delivering cost savings in the millions along the way.

That work teaches you one lesson over and over: companies do not run on org charts, they run on systems. And today the fastest way to build those systems is AI. Finance workflows that close themselves. Revenue operations that route and score without human glue. Integration playbooks that compress months into weeks. I have run most of what keeps an engine going, RevOps to FP&A to HR to the whole P&L, and AI now runs through all of it.
