Adewale Shobande is an astute Brand Strategist and Trainer with considerable experience executing Brand Initiatives for indigenous organisations and multinationals.
Wale, in the course of his career, has completed projects for top organisations like Silverbird Distribution, Regent Construction Limited, First Excelsia Professional Services, Quintessence Craft Alliance, Talk2Dappa Style Agency, among several others, giving him a cross-cutting business experience in various sectors of the economy.
He is the Founder and Lead Strategist at Brand Improov Global Consult- an organisation that specialises in curating brand imagery, training and providing advisory on brand strategies to organisations. He also doubles as a Google Digital Skills Trainer and has trained well over 7,000 business owners, professionals and students across three (3) out of the six (6) geo-political zones in Nigeria.
In addition, Wale hosts two events anually under The Ignition Workshop Series: ‘Accelerate’ which is poised at helping young people produce outstanding results in their year and 'Own Your Story'- a platform set-up to help people make a message out of their mess
In his spare time, Adewale helps people fulfill their book publishing dreams, having published his first book titled INCUBATING YOUR BUSINESS IDEA
