Now, He is working as National Consultant, Communication at Startup Bangladesh- iDEA of Bangladesh Computer Council in the ICT Division under the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology of Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Mr. Das completed his Bachelor in Business Studies (BBS) & certified from the National University of Bangladesh in 2011. In 2013, He has taken his PGD in Human Resource Management at BiMS College. Mr. Das was certified in PGDHRM from the Association of Business Practitioners (ABP)- United Kingdom. Then he also completed his MBS in Management which is certified by National University in Bangladesh. He completed LLB for a better understanding of the organization's law and Operational development of the management under National Law College.
Professionally he started his journey at Robi Axiata Ltd. Later he worked with few organizations like- Grameen Phone, IDRF, Hameem Group, Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS). Mr. Das was the Lead of Corporate Affairs in one of the largest MNC, Ridesharing & Technology Company named “Pathao Ltd.”He also led BASIS Students Forum.
His most renowned Projects are IT JOB Fair 2017 & 2018, Digital World 2016 & 2017, Connecting Startups Bangladesh, BASIS SoftExpo 2017 & 2018, BASIS National ICT Awards 2017 & 2018, ICT Oscar- APICTA Awards 2017, Career Camp, etc.The most flagship project was an innovation project of The National Aeronautics & Space Administration (NASA). He was the Lead of NASA Space Apps Challenge 2016 & 2017 from Bangladesh.
