Shola Timothy


I'm Shola Timothy. I have a sound economics background, I quickly decided on a career in brand engagement. I began by managing collection launches for the likes of Jimmy Choo, Balenciaga and Catherine Malandrino in the Middle East. During my time there, I was lucky enough to work with Transgressive on an influential Marques Toliver campaign for BVLGARI. This gave me enough encouragement to fulfill another teenage dream - working in the music industry! Thanks to some kind reccomendations, I flew back to East London and worked on digital campaigns for Metronomy, Michael Kiwanuka and Mount Kimbie amongst others. Having learned the necessary conditions for success at some great companies, I decided to chase my ultimate goal. In the summer of 2013 I started work on a project called Mimmo's Hummus! It's a project that without previous industry experience, has been both amazing and amazingly tough. Crafting and perfecting the recipes has kept my team hungry, and we're now looking forward to releasing our first line of six blends this summertime. My friend Micha helped me put this short video together. Our first flavours have been curiously sampled by the heads at Innocent Drinks and Heston Blumenthal - we're very excited.
