Shpetim has more than ten years experience in a wide range of community and organisational development work, delivering various training programmes and providing one-to-one capacity building advice and support for many community organisations across the Eastern Region, on all aspects organisational development, community development, engagement and capacity building.

Shpetim has extensive experience on Project Management roles applying agile project management and PRINCE2 tools.

His most recent experience is on employment and careers advisory / coaching position working for MyGo, an innovative youth employment project funded by Suffolk County Council, New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership and ESIF.

Shpetim is certificated by Charities Evaluation Services as an Outcomes Champion.

He is also a PQASSO Mentor with a sound experience in advising voluntary and community organisations on implementing quality assurance systems, evaluating their impact and measuring outcomes of their work.

Shpetim provides high quality training, advice and one-to-one support to new social enterprises / start-ups and has worked closely with a number of charities & social enterprises to help improve their Business Plan and Fundraising Strategy or help them to increase the organisational effectiveness and sustainability.

Shpetim is the founder of several successful community organisations and has a valuable experience in Project Management & Development roles.

He had served as a 'trustee' for few charity organisations and enjoys vast practical knowledge of the 3rd sector.
