Bhushan Shrestha is a development practitioner from the Nepal with 10 years of progressively responsible working experience (including 5 years at conflict/post conflict situations) with UNDP, UNICEF, JICA, Plan International and NGOs in planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting covering different fields including Resilience, Disaster risk reduction, Climate change, Poverty reduction, Democratic governance, Education, Pacebuilding among others.

Bhushan has solid expertise on current issues and innovation in results based monitoring and evaluation including trends, principles and methodologies. Trained in project managements tools used by UN and International Development Agencies including UNDAF, CPD/CPAP, RBM, Results oriented reporting, TOC, AWP among others.

Experienced in dealing with projects/programs funded by various development partners including – DFID, USAID, AusAid, EU, ECHO, Sida, SDC, CIDA, DANIDA, ECHO among others - from RBM, M&E and results reporting ends.
