Shreyansh Upadhyay
Law Student in Meghalaya
I am a B.S. LL.B (Data Science and Law) student at National Law University Meghalaya with a strong interest in the intersection of law, technology, and corporate governance. My academic journey enables me to combine doctrinal legal understanding with analytical and data-driven thinking, helping me approach legal problems in a structured, practical manner.
Over time, I have developed experience in legal research, case analysis, regulatory frameworks, and structured documentation through judicial exposure, corporate assignments, and research-based projects. I have worked on judgment analysis, dataset preparation, compliance research, and policy-oriented studies, which have strengthened my ability to handle both qualitative and structured legal work.
I am particularly interested in company law, insolvency and bankruptcy, regulatory practice, and the evolving role of technology in legal services. I actively explore how automation tools and AI applications can enhance efficiency and precision in legal research and advisory work. Alongside institutional engagements, I also undertake independent analytical and freelance assignments related to drafting, case summarisation, and compliance research.
I consider myself disciplined, detail-oriented, and adaptable. I value clarity, confidentiality, and responsibility in every assignment I take up. My goal is to continuously build expertise in corporate and policy-driven legal practice while contributing meaningfully to technology-enabled legal solutions and structured legal analysis.
