Shreyas Bajoria

Shreyas is a 29 year old, National Record Holder, two time TEDx Speaker and a Social Change-maker who believes in creating a sense of positivity among millennial. He hails from Bhagalpur, Bihar and is often found quoting, “I dream and I do things”.

He is India’s one of the youngest published researcher having presented and published his work on Consumers’ Perception in an International Conference (ISBN: 81-8324-893-4) at the age of 21 after winning the best Presenter and Paper globally in the midst of Scholars, Research fellows etc. from across the globe. This feat has been appreciated and accepted by India book of Records (Dated: 18-01-2020, Record - 1041), making him country's one of the youngest researchers to win Best Paper at an International Conference.

He started MASH Project-Kolkata Chapter in 2016, a not-for-profit, youth led Social Entrepreneurial organization, aimed at conducting cause based leadership workshops, experiential sessions and training programs, where he had done more than 180 events, campaigns and initiatives in and around West Bengal and Bihar. He had worked with Ashoka, Facebook, Twitter, Tata, Tiktok, NSS, UNDP to name a few and has hosted sessions for NYKS, UNDP, ASHOKA etc as a trainer and host, both.

Taking further his social impact work, Shreyas founded Daksha Yuva Foundation, a NGO based out of Bhagalpur, Bihar, in 2019 with impact areas in the field of Skill development and training for both privileged and under-privileged community, Sustainable development and General Welfare. Their medical relief Project ‘Sahyog’ during Covid Second wave, and Flood relief campaign ‘Vriddhi’ are talk of the town and widely appreciated.

Shreyas is also a Shaper at Global Shapers, the youth wing of World Economic Forum, where he served as Impact officer. His initiatives also includes being founding member of The Soch Network, a media startup based out of Kolkata, where he was associated as Head of Strategy. The Soch Network had garnered over a billion impact collectively on social media, currently in stealth mode.

A CA (Chartered Accountant) and CS (Company Secretary) course finalist, Shreyas graduated from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata with a department rank. He is a word addict who blogs frequently on sports and literary contents. An ardent Prateek Kuhad fan, Shreyas's debutant book, Shakshiyat was launched in February of 2020 and was an absolute sell out, which was relaunched in 2021.
