“I like too many things and get all confused and hung-up running from one falling star to another till I drop.” - On the Road by Jack Kerouac

I read because words comfort me. And I write, as Anne Frank says, “Because paper has more patience than people.” I’m cruel to a typo.

My days are incomplete without a quick forage on the Interwebs for some soulful reading. I fall in love with random words and phrases, simply because I like the way they sound and/or emote. I will obsess about the mundane only to overlook the abstruse. Cheesecake, books and sunsets fuel me. I’m rooted in nostalgia. Long walks in the city keep me sane. Words nurture me and writing is the balm to my soul.

The stage and celluloid fascinate me. Because by ourselves, we can lead only one life.

I regularly post book reviews on the blog and contribute articles to, India's fastest growing parenting community. And I’ve recently returned from an endearing sabbatical in the mountains.
