Hey, I’m ShrutiKShah.

I’m a practicing Lawyer, Advocate, Trademark & IPR Attorney, consultant living in Ahmedabad, India.

I practice in field of Intellectual Property Laws, Trademark, copyright, patent, Industrial Designs, Geographical Indications, Agreements, Contracts, Consumer protection, start up facilitation.

My Education: Masters of Laws (2007), Bachelors of Laws (2004), Bachelors of Commerce (2001), Trained from Japan Patent Office, Tokyo, Japan. Certified by South Korean Patent Office and World Intellectual Property Organization.

My past 21 years of experience includes practicing at Gujarat High Court, District Courts, IP Appellate Board, Copyright Board, IP Office of India for (1) registration of Trademark, copyright, Designs, GI, patents; (2) oppositions, rectifications/ cancellations, (3) passing off, infringement and groundless threat litigations, (4) drafting of diverse type of agreements/ contracts, business documents, and other legal content drafting, (5) consultation and strategic advice on diverse and complex issues and creating strategies etc.

I have worked with leading law firms and corporates entities before starting my independent practice as SKShah Legal Services.

Have taken guest lectures at reputed institutes like Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar; Maharaja Sayaji Rao University, Vadodara; Unitedworld School of Business, Uvarsad and Ahmedabad Management Association, Ahmedabad.
