I'm Shubham.
I'm an incoming Oxford MBA candidate driven by a simple question: How can we solve complex problems that improve millions of lives?
That question has taken me from a tribal village in central India to the Indian Prime Minister's Office, where I helped drive the digital transformation and capacity-building initiatives under the Mission Karmayogi project, impacting 25 million public servants across India.
Today, I'm fascinated by the intersection of business, technology, and impact. My long-term ambition is to build and back ideas that strengthen public systems and create lasting impact.
Outside work, I enjoy reading non-fiction books, exploring cafés, travelling, and watching documentaries on business, food, and culture.
