Shuo Chen

Shuo Chen received his undergraduate degree from Tsinghua University and his Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo. He then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the RIKEN Center for Brain Science. He is now a postdoctoral fellow at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, where he is investigating the network and synaptic mechanisms of memory and memory disorders. His research interests include minimally invasive methods to record and manipulate brain activity and how long-term memory is formed, stored, and recalled.
