Greetings, I’m Shweta Kochatta, currently working on enhancing economic opportunities for indigenous youth in Odisha, India. I am also an Odisha Development Fellow with PHDMA, Govt. of Odisha conducting impact evaluation on SHGs and women collectives.
Being a finance enthusiast, I started my journey at one of the leading investment banks, Credit Suisse, working with the European Delta-one Desk. Previously, I have dabbled with entrepreneurship while running my family business Vipul Nirman, a construction material supply-chain business based in Central India.
I have a keen interest in social innovation & entrepreneurship and I am fervently committed to work towards achieving financial inclusion and economic empowerment of women.
