We are a flagship company delving in property development and management in various parts of Segamat district in the state of Johor, Malaysia.

Our Group is currently busy with the launching of 3 and 4 storey shopoffices at our New Commercial Area at Taman Utama, coined Pusat Perdagangan Baru Taman Utama ("PPBTU"). Along with the presence of KIPMART at PPBTU, we are excited at the prospects of developing PPBTU into a lifestyle centre.

As a Group, we aim to increase our property portfolio and pursue further opportunities in development either through sole ventures and strategic partnerships.
