Sibabrata Das, often known as Shibam, CEO of Atomberg and joined the company in 2013. He leads the company’s operations and business strategy. An IIT Bombay graduate in Civil Engineering, he started his entrepreneurial journey during college.
In the early days of Atomberg, he and Manoj lived in modest conditions in Mumbai while building the company from scratch. Sibabrata played a key role in shaping Atomberg’s business presence through digital-first growth strategy, leveraging marketplaces to establish early product-market fit.
Today, he oversees finance, operations, and scaling, helping transform Atomberg from a tech startup into a large consumer brand. He has also been recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 and global cleantech programs.
