● Sibby is an experienced writer, producer and learning designer, writing and producing videos, audio podcasts, and training / courses. She is an experienced Adobe Premiere editor & media tool manager.

● She is best known for her work with the audio drama artform, due to her work with World Audio Drama Day (which she initiated in 2013), and her innovations in developing learning designs for the health science field. She built OCTBR, the first course development tool made expressly for clinical educators (doctors, nurses and allied health professionals teaching the new generation of health care workers).

● She has developed and moderated a SXSW panel on audio drama for filmmakers and is the former owner of Sound Stages Radio Network (2013-2016, formerly IceBox Radio), whose carriage included many top names in modern audiodrama, such as Jim French Productions.She has produced multiple "Artshound" (Houston Arts Alliance) selected live audio performances in the Houston, TX, area, and cofounded the Veterans in Our Community Film Festival, a film and speaker series kicked off by TV host and best-selling author Wes Moore, and a slate of 12 fictional and documentary films, including the TX premiere of “SERVICE: When Women Come Marching Home."

A longtime evangelist of audiodrama and classic media, for almost a decade Sibby ran NoirDame.com as an ecommerce site selling new and classic audiodramas. Today, Noir Dame Productions focuses on classic film and TV media hosted on YouTube. As @noirdame, Sibby first popularized the hashtag #audiodrama; she was listed on Wefollow and Topsy as an influential microblogger on audiodrama, voice acting, and Golden Age entertainment. After working in independent film she moved to producing corporate video and communications for several years.

Her written bylines have appeared in three countries, spanning literary journals, newspapers, and consumer magazines, as well as learning design and health science journals (Nurse Education Today). She previously won a San Diego Press Club award for arts and entertainment writing.
