Sica Dawn

Hair Artist and Entrepreneur Sica Dawn defines themself as a social justice and equality campaigner. Sica diligently urges others in the beauty profession to embrace inclusion for everyone while also raising awareness in their own neighborhood. For the Small Business Administration, they serve as an instructor and a volunteer mentor for the Small Business Development Center (SCORE). Several factors make Sica an excellent mentor. Two of the main reasons they are so successful when speaking to up-and-coming professionals in their area and entrepreneurial thinkers are their sincerity and honesty.
