Shongwe Sicelumusa is the visionary young man from Paulpietersburg known as eDumbe, he matriculated back in 2008 and enrolled to University of KwaZulu Natal back in 2009 where he studied Bachelor of Social Science in Political Sciences.

He is the founder of Inqama Youth Development, the Managing Director of NMSBH Projects and the owner of Sicelo Shongwe (the event management company)
