Born in a family of Bureaucrats and Engineers, I was always taught to be grounded, respect others, work with integrity and most importantly, believe in God.

Moving away from the family trend, I decided to do an MBA and start my career in the Offshoring/BPO industry. I was fortunate to join the then 'starting-to-mushroom' industry in the year 2000 and had the opportunity to work with some of the greatest leaders of today. In the 12 years in this industry, I have been fortunate to work in both Voice and Non-Voice domains for verticals such as Financial Services, Insurance, HR Operations and Technical Troubleshooting encompassing Client Management, P&L responsibilities, Multi-site operations, Migrations, MIS, Analytics, BCP, WFM, Quality and Training.

I am currently an Independent Management Consultant working with small and medium sized organizations helping them achieve their Business and Financial goals.

I try to do my bit for the community as well. I have initiated and managed various CSR activities such as Blood Donation camps, Food distribution at Leprosy camps and Teach India.

Marrying Ritu in the year 2000, gave a new meaning to my life - a new direction, a new responsibility and a new friend. Becoming a father in 2011 brought in the biggest change in my life - my entire outlook towards life.

An automobile fanatic, I have recently developed a passion for photography. I hope to learn the finer points about it soon and become a pro at it.
