Sidney Walker

Sidney Walker, widely known as Big Sid, is an entertainment executive, event producer, entrepreneur, and civic events professional based in San Angelo, Texas. With more than two decades of experience in concert promotion, artist relations, live event production, and community programming, Sidney has played a major role in shaping the live entertainment landscape across West Texas.

As the founder of Win Or Regret Inc., Sidney has promoted and produced events featuring nationally recognized artists including 2 Chainz, T-Pain, The Game, Tyga, Nipsey Hussle, Paul Wall, and many others. His work has helped position San Angelo as an unexpected but respected market for hip-hop, R&B, and live music experiences.

In addition to his work in the entertainment industry, Sidney serves as the Civic Events Manager for the City of San Angelo, where he oversees major municipal venues, public events, facility operations, and community-driven programming. He is also a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional, bringing formal training and industry knowledge to his leadership in public events, venue management, and community recreation.

Sidney holds a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a background in entertainment business from Full Sail University. His education, combined with his hands-on experience, reflects a unique blend of entrepreneurial vision, public service, cultural advocacy, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences that bring people together.
