I am a consultant, project manager, and web developer currently living in India.

An analyst with experience in implementing and designing actionable Customer Experience Management framework for enterprise accounts of Fortune 500 Clients. Professional with a strong technical base, exposure and responsible for end-to-end solutions and implementation of Customer Experience Management suite for some of the world’s largest customer-centric organizations. I have worked in B2B, Retail, Banking, CRM, CEM and Hospitality domains.

I have worked to enable these companies to actively listen to their customers through the OCEM product. While working on these projects, I have been part of and led, full life-cycle implementations right from the requirement gathering phase to testing and hand-over.

● Build long-standing customer relationships by helping improve customer feedback programs by understanding customer’s business model and the way they interact with their customers, and vice-versa. Working in sync with Global project managers based in the US, UK and EMEA to hold regular meetings and brainstorming sessions to customize and provide best solutions to companies incorporating the CEM suite.

● Analyzing large data sets and business process of companies, and gauge customer’s interaction with their end customers in a B2C and B2B world. Designed highly scalable and dynamic dashboards for our clients to help understand various operational challenges (across Industry) in their organization.

● Participated in Business blueprints, PBR sessions, JIRA updates and scope analysis for the project along with the development work. Translation of the business requirements into technical specifications using simulation tools such as MS Visio and sharing with the team.

● As a Techno functional consultant, worked with my management to pitch the Operational CEM solution across the existing client base. Preparation/QA of the technical specifications, user requirements and SoW documents.

●Continual interaction with the stakeholders to capture their business needs and suggesting best industry practices. Verification of the requirements through analysis and preparing a technology roadmap in collaboration with the different project teams.

● Acting as the liaison between the developers and client contacts enabling communication across channels such as email and Zoom meetings. Extensively using Salesforce services for task management and case management.
