An award winning actor internationally known as "The Queen of Clean Comedy Side 2 Side is contagiously funny with an electrifying energy gifted in the art of creative expression. A storyteller at heart Side 2 Side tours her original one-woman show, Side-Ology’s“Spirit” nationally and is destined for BROADWAY.
“Spirit” the homeless wanderer adorned in a brightly colored gloved vest, with each glove having it's own story is a master storyteller who is a proud member of a distinguished organization called AARP.
Using her card she takes her audience on a black history journey, sharing tales of her adventures from sitting on the bus next to Rosa Parks, dancing with Josephine Baker, opening for Bessie Smith, meeting Don Ho in Hawaii, even eating peanuts donated by former President Jimmy Carter to the free lunch programs from his peanut farm and more. Deeply rooted in humor animated, full of spunk and rated “E” for edu-taining, Directed by Sam Auster. Side 2 Side has several film, television, commercial and theatrical plays to her credit and has opened for such artist as Patti LaBelle, Donnie McClurkin, Denise Williams, George Wallace, Eddie Griffin and Howard Hewett to name just a few.
