Hello, I’m Sidney. I’m a student living in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. I am a fan of film, music, and art.

I am a senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I study public relations, political science and global cinema. I am excited by storytelling, which all of my areas of study allow me to do.

I am creative, curious and a self-proclaimed pop culture connoisseur. I am passionate about highlighting diverse and underrepresented perspectives in film and media. Growing up, I longed to see myself and other little girls like me represented in the media. One day I hope to start a production and distribution company that focuses on the voices of women and people of color.

I want to develop a career that allows me to combine my skill in public relations with my passion for film and media. I hope to work in film and television publicity at a company that creates exciting and cutting-edge content.
