David Mage

I'm a Ph.D. Chemical Engineer who taught ChemE at SJSU, and worked for the U.S. EPA, WHO and Temple U., now retired. While at Harvard as a Visiting Scholar I learned about SIDS and that it had an age lognormal distribution (LND) like the LND of air pollutants I had been modeling. I realized the math of the LND could unlock the secrets of SIDS. My wife (Maria Donner, Ph.D. Genetics, Helsinki U.) and I developed a model for the cause of SIDS and a way to prevent it.
