Partner of this event and the origin of the project, the group "10.000 Problems" was created in 1995 at the initiative of Pope SENE aka Sidy Diop. He brings together several artists. "10 000 Problèmes" has long been part of the rap scene Saint-Louisienne: more than a hundred concerts to his credit, his presence on the compilation of Arts City Hip Hop Paris-Dakar, his victory at Musiques Folies 2002 in CCF de Saint Louis, twice on the bill at the International Jazz Off Festival in Saint-Louis. The group "10 000 Problems", privileged interlocutor in this musical landscape, has acquired a solid experience in the organization of concerts and artistic events. The festival RAPANDAR, besides its artistic interest, contributes to the dynamic Saint-Louisienne, and it according to various aspects: Plastic arts, Music, dance, painting, exhibition, etc ...

Today, RAPANDAR PRODUTIONS wants to offer a house of culture to help young artists who want to make a career in music. Artists have trouble undertaking in a city as cultural as St. Louis. And in today's world, culture is an effective means that can support and rally the economy, politics, development, tourism, the environment and the social. To support this new generation is to allow them to glimpse the future with a new look. The initiator of this project, Sidy Diop President / CEO of the association 10000 Problèmes, underlines the problem of the society so that together a solution can be born. The president of the company RAPANDAR PRODUCTIONS has an enriched cultural experience of 16 years in the field of artistic and musical organization.

The economic impact:

Through its attendance (75,000 people per organization) and its national and international audience, the RAPANDAR PRODUCTIONS participates in the tourist development of Saint-Louis, directly but also indirectly by contributing to the reputation and image of the city particularly Senegal. RAPANDAR PRODUCTIONS generates income for the entire Saint-Louisien economic fabric.
