Making a positive difference through human-centered technology in large companies. This has been my aspiration since the beginning of my professional career in 2003.

In my first 10 years as software developer, project and team manager in consulting and corporate IT, I learned how important it is, to have a robust understanding of the business processes and to partner with rather than support the customer. For the last years I had the great opportunity to create and manage the digital media team at Merck’s Corporate Communications department. So, I could start the company’s Social Media engagement, invent and setup a Social Intranet for 50.000 global employees and bring the new group flagship website into life. All of this is only possible with a substantial number of great people, I have the opportunity to work with.
