Hire me

Hi there. I'm a collaborative, trauma-informed change facilitator and strategist. I help groups reflect on their practice and build quality relationships, because systems change starts with fruitful conversations that spark meaningful actions, be it in the family, groups, organisations or communities.

I have over 17 years' experience in applied qualitative research, education/training, program/project management, facilitation, and youth and community engagement. I have led projects with organisations such as Australian Women's Health Alliance, Carers NSW, Think+DO Tank Foundation, YWCA Canberra and Western Sydney University.

For almost half a decade I drove White Ribbon Australia's national program supporting school communities to embed whole-school approaches to primary prevention and respectful relationships education. During this time I had the privilege of working with diverse communities, educators, welfare professionals, volunteers, and young people in NSW and across Australia.

I have also been part of the organising crew of The Shift to gender equality network, an emerging network of gender equality advocates committed to listen, think, trust, and act differently.

In my spare time I enjoy Brazillian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), embodied practices for healing, and supporting women's participation and leadership in martial arts.

If you are interested in driving positive change for gender and health equity, I would love to hear from you.

My skills and experience in facilitation and training, applied social research, organisational change, strategic planning, and systems thinking are part of my toolbox to contribute to the community.
