I am a 21 year old girl born and raised 45 minutes North of Toronto, Ontario. I have lived for the past few years in Montreal, Quebec - a beautiful, innovative, & artsy city that completely stole my heart. Currently, I'm spending time with family (& doing way too much cooking) before I take off to Indonesia for 8 weeks.

My main interests include cooking (& eating), running, yoga, photography, music, travel, exploring, and kicking it back with my friends + a nice glass of vino.

I am a vegetarian (hence, Mama Veg) and therefore vegeterian recipes is what you can expect from this blog. I am always open to feedback, suggestions, & constructive criticism.

I hope that through healthy cooking & happy eating, we can learn to love and accept the natural diversity of our beautiful bodies.
