Martial Arts: I have been involved in Martial Arts for more than 25 years and teaching for more than 15 years. I began my martial arts training from a very early age, beginning with Judo, then a few years of Karate under the instruction of Sensei Jose Campos and eventually traditional Kung Fu for the past 17 years. I achieved my Sifu level in 2008 under the guidance of Master John Souglides and I am currently furthering my practice of Shaolin forms as well as focusing in furthering my Wing Chun knowledge, Tai Chi Chuan, Wudang Sword and Baguazang.

In July 2000 I competed in the Songshan Shaolin Alliance Cup held in Durban, South Africa and achieved 2 first places for Wing Chun and Broad Sword, a second place in Northern Longfist and a third place in Shaolin Spear.

In September 2009 I competed in the International Bodo Martial Arts Tournament in Kokrajar India. There were various categories of competition including traditional Shaolin, Wushu, Tae Kwon Do, and Komlainai. I achieved 13 first places in the advanced Shaolin category.

I have always been drawn towards martial arts. It has been and will always be a part of me - a way of life that has driven me to push myself far beyond anything I could have imagined on all levels including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
