Manage full life cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, skills testing, hiring, placing and on-boarding candidates for temporary, temp to hire and permanent placements
Build relationships with hiring managers and strategize on recruitment strategies
Perform functions including recruiting, sales, marketing and training of employees
Successfully recruit for financial, healthcare, manufacturing and software companies
Recruit candidates through job fairs, Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn,Facebook
and cold calls
Manage daily operations including payroll processing, problem solving and documentation of any changes within employee files
Conduct new hire orientation & I9 for all temporary employees
Maintain accurate records and ensured employee database kept up to date
Handle high volume of calls from employees and clients
