OBULOR, Silas is a Sales Specialist, Transitioning to the Health and Safety Profession, a Serial Entrepreneur with keen interest in Youth development and Growth.

He holds a Bachelor's of Science (B.Sc) degree in Mathematics from the prestigious University of Ilorin, Kwara State. He is certified by the World Safety Organization (WSO) as Safety Professional up to HSE Level 3. also by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Personnel (PMP). He also holds various Certifications from different organizations, in Safety and Health. He is currently looking forward to starting his Advance Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management from the James Lind Institute.

He is passionate about Health & Safety, Youth development and Sustainable development growth. as a result He is a Member of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI Network) and a volunteer with the Red cross society.

He is open to work in the Occupational Safety and Health Industries, and Speaking gigs on Youth Development
