Over the past 10 years, Pam has played a direct role in creating benefits-rich, strategy-driven, and customer-focused proposals resulting in contract awards with government agencies including U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
Pam holds both Master's and Bachelor's degrees from George Mason University. She earned Stanford University’s Certified Project Manager (SCPM) credential in 2009. Recently, she was awarded the LEED® AP O&M accreditation which demonstrates her knowledge of environmental sustainability and the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED rating system.
She is voting member of The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and maintains memberships in Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), National Contract Management Association (NCMA), and the Northern Virginia chapter of Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA).
