The spanish visual artist based in Bilbao, Spain, has been inmersed in the art world since 2011. Starting with a focus on comercialaizing small format artwork, they have since evolved their practice to include a diverse range of techniques such as drawing, digital art, and photography. Their unique approach involves creating art that is not only visually appealing but also functional, drawing inspiration from the Bauhaus style.
In recent years, Silvia has made a name for herself on the international art scene, with exhibitiones at renowed galleries such as Finity in Berlin, Art Basel in Switzerland, Cipriarte in Venice, Andie in Athens, and Andakulova in Dubai. In addittion to these prestigious shows, they have also collaborated with local events such as <fair saturday> and <grito de mujer>.
With a passion for exploring cutural identity and social justice issues , the artist has collaborated with the University of Fine Arts of the Basque Country on an anticolonial research project. Their work included writing an article on the Romanian people, which was featured in the book <Me la pelas Kant> and represented at the Artium Museum in Vitoria. Trough their artistic endeavors, they strive to bring attention to marginalized communities and challenge dominant narratives in society.
