Silvia began studying Artistic gymnastics from 5 years old at the Olympic Club in Marina di Carrara.

At 12 she participates in exhibitions and competitions for rhythmic gymnastics as part of a team in La Spezia.

At University she studies foreign languages (English, French, Spanish) while also studying contemporary dance, jazz and ballet.

Under the artistic direction of Alex Sieff, she follows and completes the two year course C.A.P (Course for dancers as a profession).

In 1997 she performs in the Civic Theatre (Teatro Civico) of La Spezia with an act created by Sosta Palmizi.

At the Hammersmith and West London College she gets the degree to teach aerobics, step and weight training.

With these degrees recognized from the international sport council she is employed for Costa Crociere and Club Med. During a season in Turkey as a G.O for club Med she starts practicing Spanish Web and Trapeze. She received the Club Med fitness instructor qualification for: Body combat, Body Jam and Body Pump of Les Mills.

In 2008 she went to Patagonia University to focus on the study of Spanish. She stopped in Buenos Aires and undertook aerial silk classes at the circus school "El Garage". There she also practiced static trapeze, spanish web and aerial hoop.

Back to Italy she takes courses and workshops with: Vertigo circus school (with Juliana Neves - Cirque du Soleil), Flick Circus school (with Roman Sedin), Antitesi circus school (degree CESVOT for teaching circus activity as a social remedy), Francesca Garrone (member of Les Farfadais aerial silk company), Valeria Mastropasqua (Visionaria).
