After working as responsible of quality, environment and labor risks prevention in a business in Spain I decided to join my two passions: wine and travelling. I took my knowledge from the University and my research on new methods of aging wine. I picked my bags up and went to San Francisco, CA. I worked at a small winery in Russian Valley where I learned how beautiful this world can be. I enjoyed enough to know that I will keep learning and took my bags again and flew to the other part of the world: New Zealand. I worked in a really big winery there and I travelled trough that magical country. After that I went to Tuscany and worked in a small winery recovering the romantic moment of the harvest season in the wine world. Too much wines to learn from and so much countries to know!
