Rudra Deva of Vedas itself is the Primordial Buddha ALA of Buddhism. He's a self manifested one or Swayambhu Deva who is Aja, Aj and Maheshwara.

This topic is to discuss Rudra Deva of Vedas and whose sound is of ALA (ALA Naad) … ALA Buddha or Buddha ALA is the Primordial Buddha of some of the sects of Buddhism …

And Rudra Deva who's being discussed here, is also my Kula-Deva (i.e. the Deity of the timeless household lineage) …

And since Rudra Deva is one of the many-many manifestations of Maheshwara (i.e. Bhagwan Shiva) and since Maheshwara itself is my Ishta Deva (i.e. main deity), Param-Gurudeva (i.e. supreme-guide) and who additionally was my Pratham Gurudeva (i.e. Maheshwara was my first-information) since many-many and uncountable mega-eons ago, and who shall even be my Antim Gurudeva (last and closing Guide as he had informed so at that time) so foundation this fact, Rudra
