I'm a driven, inspirational person that demonstrates the endurance and determination of hard work. "Don't be afraid of failure, this is the way to succed" is one of Dwayne Johnson's best sayings. This is the path to achievement. This saying has inspired me throughout my life, especially when it comes to getting over my rooted fear of failing and using it as motivation to succeed.

When I joined the varsity football team as a freshman in high school, that's when my journey started. I kept losing one-on-one drills against a teammate at practice. My coach shared Johnson's words with me after observing my nervousness. He clarified that I wasn't giving my best work because of my nervousness.

This was a crucial experience that showed me that failing is not a failure but rather a necessary step toward improvement. I came to understand that in order to succeed, I had to face my nervousness head-on and accept the chance that failure will happen as a necessary part of learning.

This change of perspective continued into my academic career. I started out with a 2.3 GPA because I was afraid of failing and didn't have good study habits. But by my last semester of sophomore year in college I had changed to a more resilient strategy after realizing that perseverance and hard work are necessary for success. My determination to conqueringprevious obstacles and my realization that failure may eventually lead to success if you are willing to learn and adapt it can be seen in my improved GPA of 3.3.

As I pursue my education in mass communication, my goal of becoming a top photographer and videographer never shifts. I am motivated by the conviction that I can accomplishmy goals if I work hard, have faith in God, and be ready to face obstacles. My transformation from a failing student to a successful one is a testament to my development and commitment.
